Good evening, I’m Cathy O’Hara, I’d like to welcome you all to the Professionals in Epilepsy Care Symposium tonight. Hopefully, everybody will get a little bit of something out of it, you’ll enjoy it. We do want this to be interactive. So, please ask questions. Just a few a notes: The name of the topic is Epilepsy in the Older Adult, Midlife and Beyond. Couple housekeeping, please turn off your cell phones and your pagers or them put them to vibrate. The symposium is sponsored by the The American Epilepsy Society. It will be repurposed on the AES website, and I would like to thank all the members of the faculty for participating in this program. And on that note, just want you that Patty Schaefer who was supposed to be one of our speakers is stuck in St. Louis without any electricity, in an ice storm and so, Karen Hype is going to, Hipp, I’m sorry, is going to give her case presentations tonight.
As far as disclosures go, they are in your handouts. So, you can look at that for the disclosures. The evaluation is on-line, but, as well as the rest of the AES programs. So, please make sure you do your evaluation on-line. We really do want you feedback and ideas for future programs. And then, in the back of your program sheet, is a question sheet. Please write your questions down. There will be time that we will be addressing questions, so, during the case presentations.
