Pediatric Epileptologist & Child Neurologist – New York City & Hartsdale New York

The division of Child Neurology at Beth Israel and St. Luke's-Roosevelt is seeking a fellowship trained Pediatric Epileptologist to join the Comprehensive Pediatric Epilepsy Center. We currently have 2.5 pediatric epileptologists, 1 NP, and 3 general child neurologists, one of whom specializes in movement disorders. Beth Israel has a separate 6 bed epilepsy unit, and a 5 bed pediatric neuro ICU, staffed by neurointensivists and neurology nurses. Offices are located in New York City and nearby Westchester County. We also admit to a pediatric ICU at Roosevelt Hospital. We admitted over 500 patients laast year for video EEG monitoring and have performed over 200 epilepsy surgeries in the past 5 years.
This position would be based in Westchester with responsibilities in the Epilepsy Unit in Manhattan. Westchester is an affordable NYC suburb with easy access to the city via public transportation and excellent public and private schools.
