Pediatric Epileptologist – University of Tennessee Health Science Center, Le Bonheur Children's Medical Center, Memphis, TN

Seeking a pediatric neurologist with training in video-EEG monitoring and all facets of epilepsy surgery evaluations (for lobectomy, callosotomy, hemispherectomy, VNS, etc.). We perform about 65 surgeries a year, and have state of the art diagnostic equipment (fMRI, MEG, PET, SPECT, etc.) and intra-operative MRI. We are moving into a new children's hospital and will have a top line EMU. Currently have 3 pediatric epileptologist, will expand to 5. In addition, have a seperate general pediatric neurology service, so the pediatric epileptologist would only staff the EMU and take attending call there. Excellent opportunity to join established team and immediately be involved in high level tertiary pediatric epilepsy and academic pursuits.Would consider a part-time position.
