This position will support our new Bellevue clinic opening this summer. Will consider a range of END Tech Applicants I, II, or III for hire.

At Seattle Children’s we treat and diagnose nervous system and neuromuscular disorders in infants, children and adolescents. Our state-of-the-art laboratory offers a variety of subspecialties including routine and complex EEG/Evoked Potential procedures, Beside monitoring (NICU, PICU and CICU), WADA, Ambulatory, Scalp and Invasive Long Term Video Monitoring, cortical functional mapping, SPECT/Pet scan recordings.

Seattle Children’s is currently looking for part time (working 24 hours a week) END Technologist I, II, or III to perform electroneurodiagnostic procedures, —recording electrical activity arising primarily from the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, or somatosensory systems using a variety of techniques and instruments. Will additionally ensure the accuracy of every procedure and that each patient encounter is positive, professional and efficient.

Essential Functions Include:

1. Perform short-term and long-term video electroencephalographic (EEG) and evoked potential (EP) tests in an inpatient and outpatient setting.

2. Perform neurophysiologic monitoring in the operating room; including such procedures as electroencephalography, evoked potentials, electrocorticography, and topographic brain mapping
