Epilepsy Fellowship – University of Pittsburgh Medical Center (UPMC)

One year epilepsy fellowship focused on comprehensive clinical care of adult patients with epilepsy from diagnostic methods [EEG, video-EEG, MRI, Magnetoencephalography (MEG), PET, SPECT, fMRI] and treatment options [antiepileptic drugs (AED), surgical treatments and vagus nerve stimulator (VNS)] to social aspects of epilepsy. A commensurate research project is an expectation from every fellow. Ample research opportunities may lead to an extension by a year for a dedicated candidate.
