ACGME EEG Fellowship – Charleston, SC
EXCELLENT TRAINING AND LIVING OPPORTUNITY: 1 year, EEG track ACGME Clinical Neurophysiology fellowship position available. Our group includes 7 adult and 3 pediatric epileptologists with diverse training backgrounds. We do daily long-term EEG monitoring on both pediatric and adult patients, and have 4-9 admissions per week to each of our separate peds and adult EMUs. We have an active surgical program for both children and adults, incorporating EEG, intracranial EEG, SPECT, PET, Wada, fMRI, cortical mapping, neuropsychiatric testing, and offsite MEG. We are the only level 4 Comprehensive Epilepsy Center in our region, and have a superb referral base including patients from Georgia, North Carolina and Virginia. We offer a variety of opportunities for research participation, ranging from novel imaging approaches to epidemiology.
