Postdoc: Multimicroelectrode Recordings in Humans at NYU – New York University
Postdoctoral fellows are sought to work with a multidisciplinary team of researchers, to conduct and analyze microelectrode array recordings in humans. Various recording systems are used to record 100+ single neurons, or current source density and MUA in different cortical layers. Micro-electrodes are combined with subdural grids and/or depth electrodes, placed in epileptic patients for localization of seizure onset. Areas of primary interest are sleep rhythms, memory consolidation, and language. We are particularly interested in applicants with experience in microelectrode recordings and/or multivariate analysis. Please contact Thomas Thesen, firstname.lastname@example.org.
