Working on cutting-edge research? Have exciting developments to share with the professional epilepsy community?
AES is accepting proposals for 2022 AES Investigators Workshops (IWs) at the AES Annual Meeting in Nashville, TN.
IWs showcase exciting developments in epilepsy research and are designed to encourage interactive discussion about challenges and opportunities for future advances.
Proposals from across the full spectrum of epilepsy research are welcome, and any individual proposal may include basic, translational, and/or clinical research components. You must be an AES member to propose a workshop, and preference will be given to those who did not organize a workshop in 2021.
Proposals are reviewed as either basic science or clinical workshops, depending on the primary focus of the proposal. Approximately ten basic science and four clinical workshops will be accepted. Because many workshops include a combination of basic science, translational, and/or clinical research, workshops are not labeled as either basic or clinical science in the AES Annual Meeting program book.
