Registration Questions

To register for the AES Annual Meeting, you must have a free myAES account. If you already have one, you will be prompted to log in before registering. If you do not yet have a myAES account, you will be prompted to create one before proceeding with your registration. To login, you will need to use the email address in your myAES account and your password.

AES 2024 Information

Where and when will the 2024 AES Annual Meeting be held?
AES 2024 will be held in Los Angeles, CA, at the Los Angeles Convention Center from December 6-10, 2024.

When will registration open?
Registration for AES 2024 opens this summer. Sign up to be notified!

Are children permitted to attend the AES Annual Meeting?

Children 17 years of age and younger are welcome at AES 2024 if accompanied by a supervising adult at all times. Individuals under the age of 21 are not permitted to attend any events where alcohol is served.

It is the responsibility of the supervising adult to:

  • Supervise children at all times
  • Remove children if they become disruptive


AES offers a student registration category for individuals 18 years of age and older who are high school, undergraduate, graduate, or medical students who do not yet have a doctoral degree. Individuals wishing to register as students must:

  • Verify their student status during the registration process
  • Acknowledge that they are not eligible to claim CME


Why does my meeting registration not show up immediately in my myAES account?
Registration for the AES Annual Meeting occurs in a separate system. Your registration and attendance are added to your myAES account after the meeting each year.
