AES 2022 Cancellation and Refund Information

The deadline to cancel your in-person or Digital Select registration and request a full refund (less a $100 administrative fee) is Friday, November 18, 2022, at 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Time. If the cost of your registration is less than the $100 administrative fee, no refund will be given.

For credit card refunds, please allow 5-7 business days to be processed. For check refunds, please allow 4-6 weeks after the Annual Meeting for processing. Requests made after Friday, November 18, 2022, at 12:00 PM (noon) Pacific Time are not eligible for refunds. Contact aes@maritz.com to cancel your registration and request a refund.
